Le Crayon Yeux eyeliner by Chanel is easy to apply and it creates an even line every time. It comes with a sponge applicator at one end for the times you want to smudge the line a bit. Le Crayon is expensive but it last a long time, it stays where you put it and for my money it's the best eyeliner out there. My favorite color is Denim, I have blue eyes and it brings up their color.
My favorite eye liner is by Este Lauder...of course I don't have it with me, so I can't tell you all the specifics...but I will soon!
